Weiss Lake, and shoreline lots that are a different job from anything inland.
Centre sits on Weiss Lake, and lake lots come with their own physics: a slope running to the water, a fluctuating pool level at the bottom of it, and soil that stays saturated where the two meet.
Erosion is the constant. Anything built on a lake slope has to handle water moving down it and a shoreline moving under it, which means real drainage and walls designed for saturated backfill rather than dry. The path down to the dock is usually where the failure shows up first.
Weiss Lake waterfront and second-row lots, plus in-town Centre and county acreage.
Every trade is available across the whole service area. These are the ones that tend to carry a Centre project:
All ten trades run in-house, so one crew and one schedule covers the whole job.
The featured jobs are documented before and after, from the same camera position. They are the honest version of what a finished project looks like.
