Older town at the foot of the mountain, with mature lots to match.
Attalla sits below the southern end of Lookout Mountain where the valley opens out. Older established lots with settled soil, mature hardwoods, and a good deal of previous work already in the ground — old walks, old lines, old footings nobody has a drawing for.
Mature trees are the constraint worth naming. Trenching or excavating inside a root zone can take a tree down two summers later, so drainage lines and footings get routed around root plates rather than straight through them.
Established in-town homes on larger older lots, where the landscape is usually being repaired and extended rather than started from nothing.
Every trade is available across the whole service area. These are the ones that tend to carry a Attalla project:
All ten trades run in-house, so one crew and one schedule covers the whole job.
The featured jobs are documented before and after, from the same camera position. They are the honest version of what a finished project looks like.
