Limestone and spring water, which is unusual ground for this part of Georgia.
Cave Spring is named for what is under it. This is karst: limestone with water moving through it, a spring that runs year round, and the sinkholes and voids that come with that geology.
Karst deserves respect on anything that concentrates water or carries load. A pool, a large slab or a tall wall wants the ground actually looked at rather than assumed, because a void under a footing is not something you fix afterwards.
Historic in-town lots around the spring and the college, plus farmland and acreage outside it.
Every trade is available across the whole service area. These are the ones that tend to carry a Cave Spring project:
All ten trades run in-house, so one crew and one schedule covers the whole job.
The featured jobs are documented before and after, from the same camera position. They are the honest version of what a finished project looks like.
