Questions we get asked
- Is it free?
- Yes. Creating a design costs nothing, and sending it to BDS commits you to nothing.
- Does it replace a site visit?
- No. A design is a concept to help you picture the project. BDS still walks the property, checks the grade, drainage and access, and bases your estimate on that visit.
- What happens to my photo?
- It is used to create your design. Location data inside the photo is removed on your phone or computer before it is uploaded. A design you never send to BDS is deleted, with its photo, after 30 days; one you send is kept with your inquiry. The privacy policy has the details.
